She doesn't care about her patients. I was 5 minutes late to an appointment due to the multi-layered check in process at the hospital and the terrible parking situation. She told the tech that "she does not have time to see me because I was late". Not even a brief conversation. No way in hell is she ever going to see me again or get another dime of my money. Do yourself a favor if you're considering her then go to Dr. Pranav Loyalka instead. He's far more qualified, with many more years of experience than Rojas, his staff is way more professional and most importantly HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS.

Waited an hour and a half to see her only to not be seen. When I was in the backroom waiting to be seen by the Dr. Rojas, I walked to the nurses station only to see there was no nurses and I learned thar everyone was on lunch. When I addressed the doctor to ask how much longer she didnt even look at me and said she didnt know. The front desk lady looled confused and then said youre next. So I went back to the room and waited again and then I finally gave up after I realized she was still not ready.
Within my short interaction with her at the nurses station, I could not be any more offput by her. I am not sure what kind of doctor forgets she has a patient and sends her nurse to lunch or what kind of doctor just didnt not care enough to acknowledge you and expects you to wait for 2 hours. I am literally disgusted by my visit and I will NEVER set another apointment with her again

Wait times are ridiculous for her. Over an hour and she still hasn't come in to see my Dad. She is NOT his cardiologist just the Doctor who implanted his Pacemaker 3 years ago. It is like this EVERY single time we have to come to see her. There has to be a better way to get his device checked. A waste of precious time indeed!

I received a pacemaker by doctor Rojas on 10/22/2020. I have had a positive experience with her and her office staff. She is very timely and professional. She took my concerns seriously which I greatly appreciate. The incision is healing well. I've felt better with the pacemaker so far. Hope she doesn't change
