New Braunfels Cardiology

I've been using New Braunfels Cardiology for about a year and and a half now. The intake nurse was professional, but after sitting for over an hour waiting to see a cardiologist, in a small overcrowded waiting room in Seguin, a nursed called my name. I went into the office and first she noted that I had gain about 30 lbs. (actually I had lost about 20 lbs in 3 months) then as about me being allergic to penicillin. I asked who's medical chart are you reading...ooops wrong patient and back out to the waiting room. After about another 30 minutes and still several people still ahead of me I gave up and left. If you value your patients then you should value their time. If seen train wrecks that seem better organized than this office.

Rude office staff. The billing staff send statements of one amount and then won't set up appointment saying you owe 8 times that amount. I like Dr Remo but not willing to pay for her services 8 plus times.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Remo, she is amazing! I see a dozen different doctors & I wish they'd all be as caring & thorough as she is. She listens, she knows her stuff, and she treats you like a human being instead of just a number.

Rude receptionist. I am changing cardiologist because of the front desk receptionist in the Seguin office is unprofessional and bad for patients with a heart condition. If you go there go to New Braunfels, not Seguin.

Front desk was super helpful to me, I was worried and they helped explain processes to me. The m.a. that took me back was very happy, joked with me the lighten the mood.
