Talk about the best doctor ever. I never have to wait long to schedule my appointments. The office wait is the quickest I've experienced. Dr. Wright always makes me feel like he is truly trying to understand my concerns. He's never rushed to be in and out of my appointments. It is always a great experience when seeing him.
The receptionist always greet you with a smile. Usually within 15 min. or less the nurse calls you in also greating you with a smile and ask me how Im doing. For me a smile and greatings makes my experience great. All the staff are very professional. My provider Abby Steck is great, and always makes me feel that she truly cares. She explains my medication and how it works, very sensitive to all my medical needs, great bedside manners I'm truly blessed to have finally find a great facility to care for me
I went to see Dr Ortiz to establish care and from the moment we started the visit I knew that he loved medicine. It wasn't about writing a prescription and sending you on your way. He truly took the time to explain everything in great detail. He is definitely a provider who cares about your wellbeing and your health. He took his time and has great bedside manner. So happy a found a new PCP!. The front office to the back office was so pleasant. The back office medical assistant, Shay was so kind. She was attentive and communicative. First impressions are important and this office went beyond my expectations. Lastly the office is beautiful, clean and very modern.
Dr. Somen is great! He is kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. He takes his time and does a thorough job. Really listens to what you have to say and offers options, talking you through each one so you can make the best possible decision for your care.
My appointment with Dr. Wright was an excellent experience. He was thoroughly professional and took great care to cover all aspects of my health in getting to know me as a new patient. I look forward to continuing with him as my primary care physician. He's very personable and listens well.
