Dr. Jason Goodwin has been great to work with. He's efficient, communicates well with kids, and handled my 5-year-old's ear issues with ease. Even with both of my kids being loud and restless during the visit, he stayed calm and professional, which I really appreciated.
I've also dealt with ear problems since childhood, and he was straightforward, knowledgeable, and didn't waste any time.
Overall, a solid experience. Thanks for the respectful care.

I needed an ENT asap Is what my neurologist said. I have been having Headaches getting dizzy and vomiting And out of work for at least three weeks. Upon reading the CT, with contrast, my neurologist said that I had a fungal sinusitis. My appointment was made with Dr. Hennessee, which took a few weeks having to do with insurance and stuff. I should have listened to my daughter when she told me Not to go to her because of a bad experience That they had with her. I explained to her what was happening and what medications I took, including Flonase and sinus Mucinex D. Which did not help. My neurologist prescribed me a steroid pack for six days And also A high-powered saline spray. Which helped a little. I explained my health history Letting her know that I only have half a liver because of cancer. She asked me who did I see afterwards I said, Dr. Halff He was the chief of transplant, Chief of staff And chief of surgery. She said no who did you see afterwards? I said Dr. Halff. She said no, You had to have seen a Hepatologist. I said no, it was Dr. Halff. She again said no, I know he's a chief of surgery, but it wasn't him I said I knew who I seen & it was Dr.Halff he is the only one I seen.
And she proceeded to tell me that I wasn't having headaches Because of Sinuses It was allergy related. I tried to tell her that that's not what my Neurologist said. She again tried to tell me That you don't get headaches from that. I'm thinking are you freaking kidding me???? So she tried to prescribe me another steroid And asked me to take Flonase twice a day and asked me if I was doing it right After I told her it didn't work on me and it didn't help me. Then she proceeded to show me how to do it Which I already knew. So after I told her It didn't Help me she still wanted me to take it. Then she tried to prescribe me A medication that I Was told not to take because it's in the same family as other medications that I am allergic to. She insisted that it was not In the same family and to look it up. WTH??? What Dr. in their right mind tells you to look it up??? Are you freaking kidding me?? When I made the appointment, they asked me if I had scans I said yes, and I also told Them where it was so they have plenty of time to get it Or request it and when I got there to the office, she said well I guess we're gonna have to do scans again because I didn't bring a cd & they don't take scans of sinuses & because of your insurance, it might take a little while Because you have an HMO and we have to go through Your Provider. Well, let me tell you what when I left the office, the first Thing I did was get on the phone with my provider And I told them to find me somebody else Because she was rude as hell And questioned everything I said and there ain't no way in hell I would go back!

I truly Do Recommend This Place. I was experiencing infections in Not One But Both of My ears. Made an appointment and they got me in Right Away, EVERYONE there Had a Smile and Was Very Polite. They All took Good care of my ears and Got me 100% better and even Followed up on me when they Really didn't have to. Most Importantly, they Listened!! As I Said , I Truly Recommend.

The staff at Guadalupe ENT were all pleasant and very professional. Doctor Hennessee went out of her way to do extra exams on my ears so that we could be sure of what I needed to do. That really meant a lot to me. Great place to take your family!

Not too impressed. I was told I would need to bring in my CDs or test etc. I had 2 Physical Therapist that saw issues with my vertigo, cellulitis in my cheek 3 Drs said you need to go see an ENT, then a thyroid nodule that was also a cause to be seen. Dr. Goodwin never really addressed the issues. One after waiting so long to get in my 3 rounds of antibiotics and from 3 different physicians said go find an ENT as follow please. I drive 1.5 hours there and back with vertigo basically stay on Scopamine patches and use some nose spray and we will rescan you in a year wasnt worth the drive for sure. I wished Dr. Llano took my insurance. I would have gone to him. Their office was quite empty and it had me concern seeing it that way. I felt like the only thing he told me was that my vocal cords were slighly opened so stuff may escape through. I guess if the vertigo could have even been addressed then at least I could have said at least he cared. Some Dr.s need to go take a patient care 101 course.
