BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. It steals your money. This happen to my son and now me. We went in and paid the amount due at time of visit, cash pay . They then keep your card on file and randomly charge you a few weeks later multiple times. A bill is not sent out and no explanation for the reason for weeks later the charge. When calling in to dispute they pass you around intentionally , this is a technique to avoid resolution . Then they send you from representatives to rep never resolving the charge. It fraud and illegal to keep or charge a debit card without specific review and sign off of service provided . Be warned they are thief's and I will move forward and file a fraud compliant with my bank and with the 99 reps they make you talk to and I will also research how to move this up the chain. This is theft and if they done it to two of my family members they done it to a lot more patients! Be careful.

The Doctor or PA was the sweetest! She genuinely cared about my well-being and I really appreciated it. I was in and out super quick!

I'm so thankful to have found CareNow. I was denied care at another facility (rapid urgent care, Court Street, Seguin Texas) due to being a Veteran Spouse! I'm fully covered under Tricare West which is the insurance they accept, however Rapid Urgent told me, "We do not treat Veteran Spouses or their children...only the actual Veteran". Can you say, discrimination? According to the VA this is illegal. THANKFULLY, I found CareNow and they accepted me with open arms! They were so professional, pleasant and caring and I would recommend EVERYONE to visit their facilities for urgent care.
