I cannot say enough about the care I received here, especially from Jessica, the absolute star of this entire experience.
I came in with an 11-carat diamond eternity ring stuck on my finger, severely swollen, painful, and every place I went earlier told me the same thing:
"We'll probably have to cut it."
I did not want that. I wanted every single option exhausted before cutting was even considered.
Jessica walked in with the calmest, funniest, most uplifting energy. She immediately gave me optimism when I was stressed out of my mind. Instead of jumping straight to cutting tools, she said, "Let's try everything first," and she meant it.
She grabbed a lace-style wrap technique, worked with incredible patience, talked me through everything, joked with me so I wouldn't panic, and then -- while I was literally mid-conversation -- she just slipped the ring right off.
No warning. No dramatic countdown
Just pure skill.
I had jewelers, firefighters, and multiple people earlier physically unable to remove it. Jessica did it in minutes with total confidence. I was absolutely shocked. She saved my ring, my finger, and honestly my sanity.
And to add to all of this, this is my fourth time at this ER and I have never once had to wait. The speed, professionalism, and kindness every single time is unmatched.
If you want an ER where people actually care, where they treat you like a human being, and where true experts are working -- this is the place. And Jessica? She is a gem. A hero. A ring-saving legend.
The best ER I've ever been to in my life.

I took my 3-year-old daughter here a few months ago for a suspected broken arm. Everyone who took care of us was kind, but they were busy and it took a long time and then the radiologist who read the x-rays missed the break. By the time I was able to determine that her bone actually was broken (because she fell down several days later and knocked the healing break out of alignment), it was too late to cast it. Thankfully we're seeing an orthopedic who feels confident her arm will heal itself based on her progress thus far, but she could've been spared unnecessary pain and the potential for lessened mobility (or the need for surgery) if the radiologist would've been more careful in the first place. I requested the initial x-ray images from the facility after getting follow-up x-rays done (after the break had been made much worse from not being in a cast), and even to my untrained eye the original break is obvious. All that to say, if you go here for a suspected broken bone and feel unsettled in any way about the diagnosis, then get a second opinion as soon as possible. That's what I wish I had done.

Any time I come here I can rely on the fact I will not be taken seriously, have been laughed at by doctors for honest questions which feels incredibly degrading when I am in pain struggling to walk. If I have a bacterial infection and am concerned because I am reaching the end of my antibiotic treatment with continued extreme pain you do not laugh at a patient and give them motrin and then prescribe an unrelated medication for a symptom I do not have. Front desk also somewhat rude

I went here after dislocating my shoulder after a fall. I was seen very quickly and did not have to wait long. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful -- making sure I was comfortable and supported while I waited for my results. I received a follow-up call the day after my visit asking how I was doing and checking in to see if I had any questions.
This is definitely one of the better ER experiences I've had. I would recommend this place to anyone who may need it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
The front desk staff was unbelievably rude -- the woman at the desk acted like it was a burden to even hand me the intake paperwork, too busy crocheting to do her job. The doctors were no better, talking down to me and treating me like I was stupid.
The only positive? They were fast. But fast doesn't mean good care.
When I was being discharged, the front desk told me I had to pay the emergency room copay ($750 under my work insurance) instead of the urgent care copay -- because an ultrasound is considered an "emergency service." When I explained I couldn't pay that, she got nasty with me and actually told me that if I can't pay upfront for hospital care, I shouldn't come back, and that this visit was just a "one-time courtesy."
Last I checked, this is still America -- healthcare isn't supposed to be denied because someone can't pay on the spot. Absolutely unacceptable.
