I'm starting to suspect that there's something wrong with the receptionist who does scheduling there. She doesn't seem to like me for some reason and will not try to get me in. I'm not sure what all the good reviews are for, but there could be one receptionist that brings down a whole practice. I've been polite and call early in am. She left me on hold for almost an hour 2 days ago, she gave me an appointment, then put me on hold and told me it was gone I have elevated troponin and she seems to think its pleasurable to mess with me and excited to tell me there's not any new patient apts. It seems like a power trip. She talk extremely slow and seems to be just at spa. I have good insurance btw so most doctors take it anywhere. Im I'm sure the doctors are great.

My appointment at Austin Heart to day was one of the best I have ever experienced. After check in there was very short waiting times between seeing the tech, doctor and next appointment scheduling. As always Dr Lee spent considerable time going over my history since my last appointment and listening to my concerns.
