She already had my records ready, which made it easy to discuss my concerns. I truly appreciate how attentive and caring she was; everything was handled smoothly and helped me before my trip out of the country.

We were able to discuss all my concerns. Reviewed results and what was still pending. I've had a good Dr/Patient relationship with Dr. Kroes for quite a number of years. I've seen other Drs when she's been unavailable. I appreciate being able to keep my medical information in one place.

First time visit at the clinic. The waiting period was less than 10 minutes and clinic was very clean and modernized. The staff were very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. Dr. Paredes is extremely kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to any concern and appointment didn't feel rushed. I highly recommend her and will be establishing myself at the clinic.

Dr. Joy is an excellent doctor with great customer service. She truly listens to her patients' needs and provides care accordingly. It's very rare to find a doctor who takes the time to actually listen, and Dr. Joy does just that. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive physician.
