I found Dr. May and his staff to be very professional, personable, and efficient. The first appointment when I was going to have my device implanted was a long day. The procedure was not going to take long, but it ended as a three and a half hour affair. I waited in the lobby for one hour and some change and waited in the back approximately two hours. They told me the procedure would only take 15 to 20 minutes which was accurate, but the time management for my procedure was poor. His bedside manner is fine and I am happy with my implanted loop recorder device.
Horrible experience. Saw Dr May four time in three years. Whenever my appointment was close the office would call prior appointment and reschedule. When I did get to the appointment I would never see him except for a few times. Did my device removal saw him before surgery and then dealt with a rude nurse. He didn't even care to speak to me. They didn't notify me when my heartbeat dropped below now after being monitored by the office. I still have the same heart problems with no answers. As a military veteran an expected abit more care . Will mouse this clinic again
