The office manager on the 3rd floor, Nicole, needs an attitude adjustment. She talks to patients VERY rude and her tone is rude too. If I need a cardiologist after these tests I'm having done I will find another cardiologist because no one should be talked to with the tone she uses. Ollie was the nurse that I dealt with and he is the best! Stephanie was a good nurse too! Both treated me with compassion and they were gentle with my iv. Everyone else is real nice and they treat you with compassion. Dr. Hans is the best and I'd recommend him to anyone.
