Once you walk off the elevator everyone is welcoming and respectful. Making sure we are comfortable and understand what's going on. Dr. White always treats us with great respect. Shares his knowledge about our conditions/ situation. I trust him explicitly.
Dr. White is straight to the point on considering what my echo cardiogram and electrocardiogram divulge on their reports. He also is very thorough in including all prescriptions that I take as to how they affect my heart. He takes into consideration the fact that I have whole mouth implants that need to be cleaned annually ant that I need to take an antibiotic one hour before such procedure. Since my Dentist does not provide the antibiotic he offered to make sure I had it. That is care over and above what I expected.
Dr. White spent a lot of time with me. It was an excellent meeting as he was extremely thorough in the examination and reviewing my medical issues. I am confident he will provide the test necessary to meet my medical needs.
Dr White has been my Dr for over 7 years. He is an exceptional Doctor who takes the time to talk with you and write notes on your progress, discussions, results. He wants to know things about you so he can take care of you and do his job well.
The staff exhibit condescension and rudeness. My sister, who is paralyzed, was told by Dr. White that she should use a treadmill and lose weight. However, she is unable to do so because she is paralyzed on her left side, has suffered a stroke, and is battling cancer. Dr. White is inconsiderate towards her; she comprehends everything he says but is unable to articulate her thoughts due to the effects of the stroke. Compassion is essential in such situations.
