We opened our first wound care and hyperbarics clinic in San Antonio in 2014 to answer the need for high-quality outpatient wound care administered in a comfortable, refreshing atmosphere. Until R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics opened, advanced wound care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) were available only at large medical institutions. Today, we have nine convenient wound care clinic locations in the San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston areas of Texas. I was referred to R3 Hypervarics to help recover from radiation cystitis. The care and attention I received was top notch. I was referred to this facility by my PCP after developing a wound following surgery. I had no idea what to expect but Dr Al and his staff were very supportive, kind, they were professional yet personal; and I was treated like family. From Yvonne at the front desk to Liz getting me ready for the Doctor, everyone had beautiful bedside manners. I received excellent care once a week for 5 weeks, then twice a week for two weeks and much to my astonishment my wound had fully healed. Thank you everyone I am forever grateful and blessed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking therapy for their wound care.
I was under their care for around 7 months. I received meticulous care with both my hyperbaric treatments and wound care. The staff: Annette, Liz, Al, Yvonne, and Crystal, took superb care of me and my wound. It healed efficiently without infection. I totally recommend this location .
