Patient
Pretty good doctor. My father likes him and he seems competent, but he is only one part of the overall health solution. His office staff consistently drops the ball in paperwork, forget to follow up on calls, it takes them forever to send in requests for medication, and then make mistakes when they do attempt to do basic administrative tasks. It's unfortunate, but these tasks affect people's quality of life from getting their medication on time to ensuring that appointments are made and kept within a reasonable timeframe. It takes a team of professionals to provide good service, and I feel like the team needs work. EDIT: I just lowered it to 2 stars since the staff just dropped the ball again today by submitting incorrect paperwork. I need you all to do better than this.
