My experience with city base or downtown, has been a great experience. I know it's times, that my health is not perfect but Dr. Reddy gives me caring and understanding. For the 28 years of being his patient they are always nice.

While I can not say much about the staff or doctors I rated three stars because I was seen in the ER for what I believed to be a heart attack. I was given the log in and information to set an appointment through the portal (online) I did that. The evening before my appointment I get a call stating they need to reschedule because the doctor was already booked.. I took off work for this appointment and I booked it a month before I even got the call. I called back to reschedule as they instructed me to and she says "scheduling through the hub online doesn't show all of our scheduled appointments" then why even have that as a way to schedule appointments?? I began to explain the ER nurse gave me the instructions to book it and she cut me off asking if I can go to another location on a different day for the appointment.. she claimed he doesn't have appointments on Fridays , nothing on a Thursday (I had taken off for another appointment ) and he had the afternoon appointment at the other location which didn't work because I pick up my kids in the afternoon. I just recommend maybe reaching out to confirm any appointments weeks before your actual appointment day..

Was nervous about my visit but from the moment of arrival I was treated with kindness and respect and after being seen and treated by the staff and physician I no longer nervous but more at ease. I would recommend this office to everyone.

This is a great place with excellent caring, doctors and caring, helpful staff. They are thorough and have plenty of recommendations and options. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are great.

I'm not good at putting my thoughts into words however I was very pleased, overall, with the staff and Dr Reddy. I felt I could trust Dr Reddy's opinion as he seems to be very knowlegable. I was happy to find a good cardiologist that I could trust
