Switching drs due to rude staff. There is only one assistant that she is very friendly and is helpful and listens. Patsy is very rude and likes to cut a patient off and not listen. She treats patients like if they are beneath her. There is another assistant that rolled her eyes at me because I wanted to go into room with my spouse to assure we were getting the information out to dr. Dr does not spend much time with patients but is knowledgeable and professional. The staff is the face of the dr and they need to be instructed to treat patients with kindness and to be attentive and respectful. Having a medical issue is already a concern and some patients are nervous and need to be heard.

The doctor did a very thorough exam. His tone and that of the nurse was very caustic. Calling me a walking time bomb I guess was maybe well intended but over the top and caused my BP to hit record levels when I got home. Won't be going back.

Doctor David Briseno and staff are excellent!! They're compassionate and also phenomenal--from the front desk to nurse Patsy...everyone was professional, kind, and organized.

I appreciate Dr Briseno taking good care of my daughters condition. The only thing I would say is the wait time is long. I understand being a specialist that's the norm.

Dr.Briseno and his staff were very friendly the doctor was very thorough and what he was doing explained everything and now I'm getting more test done cuz he wants to get to the root of the problem doesn't put a Band-Aid on it tries to solve what's going on with you I would highly recommend this doctor and plus his staff is awesome
