Patient
My husband first saw her after an 18 day stay in the hospital for AFIB congestive heart failure. His cardiologist Dr Blanc reccomended he see Dr. Hadad. We were, however referred to Benslimane, a different cartiologist. She did not check his echo cardiogram or read his hospital chart. Dr. Blanc told us my husband needed a heart valve replacement. MS Benslimane told us rather humorously that was not really necissary. 6 months later she looked at his more recent echo cardiogram and classified it as "SEVERE AORTIC VALVE STENOSIS" which the mayo clinic states "can lead to death if untreated". Then, she claims this would require a heart valve replacement. That surgery done by Drs. Felger and Hadad, the surgery was a success and he was home 3 days later. I'm not God, so I can't say for certain, but I believe my husband would still be ALIVE if he had that surgery at least 6 months sooner. I would not take my pets to a cardiologist that would consider a life threatening situation humorous. I couldn't give anything less than 1 star to post this, so I'll call that a negative 1. I have spoken to other patients of hers who called her a bit of an air head, but they were not in a life threatening condition. If I were simply vindictive I would sue for wrongful death. I'm not like that, so I will just say this, get a second opinion if you are one of her patients.
