Just had my VA C&P exam here--Dr. Marrero, provided great service very knowledgeable and attentive to patient's. He explained my conditions and gave me detailed information/advice as to how to provide some sort of support and relief to my feet pain.
Dr. Marrero was absolutely amazing! Very professional and supportive. He actually listened to me then followed up with tips to address my concerns.
In the waiting room an hour early, I was rushed and yelled at. Doctor gave me a visual examination and refused to fill out paperwork. I arrived injured not able to drive. I canceled my appointment for how unprofessional he was. I was yelled at and asked to leave his empty waiting room. I explained I am waiting on my ride in your waiting room and I am waiting for my IDs. Obviously in pain he held the door open and insisted I leave. Before any exam he says I'm fine I don't need a doctor. Waiting on my ride outside in bad weather. He comes outside and calls 911 asking me to leave a public place. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone #not helpfully #rude # unprofessional
Dr. Ernesto was really professional, he got right into the exam and even offered some tips to alleviate pain and was very reapectful and understanding of my issue, he thanked me for my service, great Dr. For any VA appointments.
