this review is from from following : Mohamed Bassiouny MD and the staff. where to begin.... when i first walked into this place i was a nervous wreak, with a potential diagnosis, my anxiety flaring up, and now social anxiety.... i felt at peace talking with the staff here. lately i`ve been scared due to my heart acting up but after talking with the staff and doctor here at this locate, i highly recommend anyone who wants to be heard to this facility. they not only made me feel at peace but heard all the stuff i have or had done in the past. it was not dismissed at all, it was indeed taking into consideration, talked out why it could or could not be a factor, and the details of explaining why these may be or may not be an issue was simple even an idiot like me can understand! so thank you TCA team for making me feel not like just another number but a friend i can relax myself around and feel the care. Dr. Jeffrey Whitehill performed ablation and convergence surgeries on my heart last November. There was minimal invasion and I recovered quite quickly, with no pain. My A-fib was reduced tremendously by these surgeries and I feel great. Follow up with Dr. Whitehill has been excellent and I depend on his expertise. He has the best intentions toward his patients. I am thankful to him.

Billing department is incompetent. Kid received services as part of an HR visit. Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia got their info wrong, names and birthdays are not correct. So am unable to pay cause when asked for info to verify it fails to match and they won't let me. And they were unable to fix. Now they have sent it to collections with that wrong information which also does not match and so they wont let me pay either.

I was in for a check-up after a recent replacement of my pacemaker. I expected to see and interact with the surgeon. I did not. I expected to have my pacemaker interrogated. It was not. I am not sure what was accomplished on this visit. Evidently, I will have the opportunity to repeat this "procedure" in 1 year.

Dr. Whitehill discussed test findings and that a certain medication was now needed. He answered all of my questions. Since the visit, Nurse Michelle D. and Dr. Whitehill have been very helpful while I try to find the least expensive medication covered by my insurance that will achieve the medical result the doctor deems necessary.
