Patient
I will be searching for a new Cardiologist. I have seen Dr. Lenis twice now. Both times I had to wait for 1 to 1.5 hours to see him for 3 minutes. The first time, he acted inconvenienced to see me, wanted to prescribe me cholesterol medication from test results that were a year old and pre open heart surgery. Two weeks ago, I see him for the second time and wait 1.5 hours. While sitting in the exam room for 30 minutes, I hear him talking in the hall about a dentist who murdered his wife and joking with staff (glad they have a great report). He comes in, sees that my numbers have gone down and when I informed him that I have been taking more natural supplements to do so, he made his opinion clear. Those take longer and "it is inevitable that you will end up on medication." Check my breathing and heart, tapped both of my shins and said I will see you in 6 months. I purposely timed it, he was in the office 3 minutes and 18 seconds. I will be finding a new doc.
