It was a disaster. This was a meet and greet appointment and I motioned that I have issues with ear wax and needed an ENT to clean my ears about twice yearly.she volunteered that she could take of that and took a hard plastic device and started digging in my ears and it hurt like hell. When I got home my ear was full of blood. Next day I went back and she intimated that I had done something to cause bleed. Only thing I put in my ear was hearing aid. She spent rest of time spewing horse dung that she could not have caused the problem. All that was needed was acknowledgement and apology.couldn't bring herself to do that. Time to get a different family doc, which I am doing.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Champlain and the staff have been with my family's care. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but still so down to earth. She identified issues that no other doctor had ever uncovered or mentioned for one family member that was the difference between life and death for him. My teenagers also see her and tell me all the time how much they love going to her office because she treats them with such respect. Even family and friends from out of state hear me sing her praises so often that they talk about flying in so they can visit my amazing doctor.
