I was referred here by my PCP and had a terrible, months-long experience due to their chaos. My appointment was cancelled twice because the doctor was in surgery. I called back and was rescheduled to see a PA since the doctor was super busy. The best part? I was literally on my way to that third appointment when they called and said they would not see me at all because they don't provide that type of service. They had all my information from the start and I had explained it over phone as well! I wasted months, missed work, and delayed my care for this runaround. The lack of organization and disrespect for patient time is alarming.
