Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Round Rock

I had an amazing experience in labor and delivery and postpartum all the nurses are very helpful nice and welcoming, I wanna shout out to Christina A for being very honest and understanding and walking me through labor and delivery and also caring for me the next day. She is an amazing nurse and person! These nurses share a bond with you like no others it's a great feeling. Thank you for all you have done.

We were at the hospital late night for family member for emergency surgery and were very impressed with Ryan M, RN! What a complete professional and kind man. He walked halfway through the hospital and got family members so we could see our family member prior to surgery. I will never forget his kindness, and I am so thankful for the nursing staff at your hospital. I would give 10 stars if possible

I was seen here at ENT for a deviated septum repair as well as balloon dilation of one Eustachian tube. The care I received was impeccable. Top notch! Dr. Arffa and her staff took excellent care of my issues using the best procedures available. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Scott and White Hospital for 30 years or more. I have always had the best doctors! Never have I been disappointed. The doctors all care and so does the staff. The hospital is wonderful and I have gotten excellent care everytime. When I have had an illness they have always sent me for tests and treatments to find and fix it.i would recommend them highly. They have saved my life a few times.

I started with Scott And White before Baylor owned them. I saw at least half of my doctors leave when Baylor took over and honestly, they were the doctors that really cared about me and it's gone downhill ever since. Now every time I get a referral to a specialist like my kidneys are going bad or all the sudden I've got a horrible blood result. Round Rock can't find me an appointment until April or May like I'm supposed to live with whatever drastic is going on for six months before they can see me and then they tell me if I go to another location like I have to go all the way south to get to get a doctor in to get seen, but after that, I can't switch to Round Rock location. I still have to stick with that location. It happened with oncology and blood doctors lately and also happened trying to find a kidney doctor just now today. I used to think it was worth it because all my doctors being Scott And White could see what else was going on in my health and see if it was related but even in the ER they don't look at my records. I constantly catch them because nobody's paying attention doing crappy stuff to me, but they shouldn't be doing including giving me an antipsychotic as a pain medication in my IV and thinking that's OK. I have made a decision today to quit using Scott And White doctors except for my primary care and probably may be my heart doctor. I can't find an electric a heart doctor for the electric part of your heart that I trust. It's any good. I've had several problems with them where I know they're not watching what's going on and not paying attention to what they're doing. Just my opinion.
