Not satisfied with my initial pre-natal visits. I expected to meet my OBGYN right away. Instead I was required to go through 3 different appointments before meeting a doctor and was refused an appointment. First appointment was to confirm the pregnancy (as if the 10 positive pee sticks weren't enough) a second to go over what to expect during pregnancy (this is my second child, I know what to expect) a third to go over insurance (I work in the insurance industry, I know how it works) it wouldn't be until the 4th appointment that I would finally meet the doctor. After I expressed the intake & billing appointments were unnecessary and cancelled, I showed up to the 4th appointment to meet my doctor. However, upon arrival I was told my appointment was cancelled (without my knowledge) They refused to schedule the appointment with a doctor until I completed the other appointments. Seems more like they were trying to get money out of the insurance company rather than caring for their patient.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Do NOT go here if you are looking for competent and compassionate care. I went in for my initial appointment for my pregnancy. When I did, the NP could not find my uterus and called in a tech. That's fine, I get it, and they saw I was 5 weeks along and scheduled me for my vitality appointment two weeks later. I go in for my appointment, the NP can't find my uterus again, and we go see the tech. We find the baby and see the heartbeat, then they let me know I have a bicornual uterus, but that that is not uncommon and okay for the baby and me. After my husband and I are done and ready to leave, the NP talks to the doctor, who we never saw, and now says that the doctor thinks I have a bicornuate ectopic pregnancy and that I need to see a specialist in Temple on Thursday. As the NP is giving us this awful news, we are interrupted by a nurse who says the doctor needs to see her. We leave, get home, and I'm in tears. As my husband and I get home, they call us to say it's actually an emergency and we need to go to the ER in Temple. Terrified, we go. After spending 7 hours in the ER, they send us up to OB. I will spare the rest of the details, but the Temple team says they don't see anything wrong me me or baby based on a normal ultrasound, but to keep the appointment for Thursday. Feeling better, my husband and I go home and wait for Thursday. We see the specialist and they say the same thing as the Temple OB - nothing is wrong with me or baby and they did not understand how the Round Rock team jumped to such a catastrophic conclusion. All this to say, they also never called me to follow up about anything. I will not be returning and I encourage any terrified first-time to avoid this clinic.

★★★★★

I had an appointment with Dr. Jordan Pleitz as I was experiencing tremendous ear pain. He got me in his schedule so quick. He and the ENT staff are all so kind and made my experience the best. He helped ease my stress and alleviate the pain I was experiencing. They were through but gave me much needed relief I was in and out in no time! This team is amazing!!

Worthless clinic. I showed up for my 11:30 appt at 11:20 and they refused to see me. They told me I should have arrived half an hour early. This is the third time I will have to reschedule. They offered to schedule me again for 1:30 as though I have all the time in the world to drive the half hour between here and Austin on a weekday. They don't respect your time, they're not competent. I wouldn't schedule another appointment here unless it was my last resort. I needed to see the doctor! And I still haven't! They fail in their duty to reduce harm PS: I expect reimbursement for the copay that I was charged for no service today. I will also invoice you for the time and gas I lost driving to your location.

Avoid this clinic if you value compassion, honesty or basic medical care I have been battling back-to-back UTIs for two whole months and my condition is getting worse, not better. They gave me antibiotics that were resitiant to the baceria so it killed off all the good bacteria and kept the bad. This wasn not only told to me it was put in writing on the portal by the docter and I applaud her honesty. As soon as one oranisim dies a new, stronger one pops up. I have been on different antibiotics all this time - over two months straight. Each oranisim is different and harder to get rid of. Despite five ER visits in July and multiple attempts to follow up with specialists, I was treated here with outright cruelty and neglect. When I arrived at the urology clinic too dizzy to stand, I asked to sit in a chair. The staff member told me that if I was that sick, I should go to the ER. She refused to let me sit--forcing me to perch on my walker to avoid collapsing. Later, a nurse allowed me to sit in that exact same chair, proving there was never any inconvenience. That was unnecessary cruelty and, in my view, discrimination against my handicap. Worse, the nurse looked me directly in the face and lied. I trusted her at the time, but when I got home and researched, I realized what she said was completely false. She told me that probiotics would "restore all the good bacteria in thedays" since I had been taking them. Taht scaredme becasue if that was the case then it menat soneething much omrore seirous was wrong becase they certainly hadn't. But it was not true. Probiotics may help restore good bacteria after the wrong antibiotics have killed them off, but they can't do that while you have an active UTIs. Antibiotics are needed for that.Ones the bacteria is not resistant to. She knew I was dealing with back-to-back infections--no days between them--for over two solid months - unitl the last one - that was about 2 or 3 days between. Yet she dismissed my condition with misinformation. Right now, I've been told my UTI bacteria is resistant to only one antibiotic, and that is the one I was given--and it's not working. And I have no way to get help but to go to the ER. The urologist here are worse than incompetent. I feel abandoned, alone, and left to deteriorate. This clinic seems to prefer pushing patients away rather than helping them. To treat someone this way, when they are this sick is shameful. It has laso left me having to put off a knee surgery I have been trying to have since 2020. For five years. Update: The next morning I went to the ER since the doctors won't help. Which to me is negligence. The ER did every test they needed and found I had a kidney infection and they got an infectious disease doctor who basicly said they were going by test only and they had to also go by symptoms, in other words they just diagnosed based on test not symptoms. I had no uti symptoms during any of this. So after two days they released me from the hospital. But the ER and the hospital were outstanding in their care of me. They provided exceptional care. I have no way to even contact the urologist, as they are not in my portal so I cannot message them at all.
