Dangerously disorganized. Your prescription may or may not go to the pharmacy. They NEVER return your phone calls. You're much better off finding a provider that actually cares.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM Dr. Qasim is never there. She has PA's care for you, that's ok but I started in April and seen 3 different PA's the first 2 are no longer there. ( not a big surprise) This office is unorganized, unprofessional and uncaring. The only 2 staff that know what they are doing are Tammy and Jessica. The office manager is Dr. Qasim son he is very rude and has no clue how to run an office. I have to chase down the doctor every month for a refill. It takes about 1-2 weeks to get a refill. If you don't contact them to see why your RX hasn't been filled they then either say you need an appointment or a urine test. They have a portal that I guess doesn't work because I had sent messages and still waiting on a response since April. Please stay away this office was not a good choice and she is a MALPRACTICE CASE WAITING TO HAPPEN.

My first few visits I thought she really cared about my overall wellbeing, but was proven otherwise during initial COVID months in 2020. Was made to wait almost an hour in the waiting room wearing a mask with nobody around and nearly had an asthma attack, had been experiencing an allergic reaction to kerosene for weeks that wouldn't resolve and by standing over 6ft away without a proper examination claimed I had scabies and prescribed me a neurotoxic medication that almost landed me in the hospital. She also kept pushing hormone pellet therapy on me that's not FDA-approved and had to pay exorbitant costs out of pocket that made medical conditions worse. Never going back to her, stay clear if you want to actually improve your health!

I have never in my life had a doctor that has addressed and treated every single issue in one visit. In the past, I have had physicians tell me, "Well, for that, you will need to make another appointment." Dr. Qasim takes the time to listen to ailments, discusses testing and/or treatment options and gets you well. She is sincere, genuine, easy to talk with, kind and understanding. You will not be rushed out the door still having issues. Doctors like her don't exist anymore and I am truly blessed to be her patient. In addition, I absolutely love the office staff and the sweet young lady that transcribes all of the doctor notes. Thank you, Dr. Q and staff!

Reading the other reviews I'm kind of stunned. They are kind of crappy about the phones sometimes, but usually I can get a same day or next day appointment no problem. I love Ashley and Dr. Qasim. They are both super sweet. All the nurses are great too. Front desk staff can be a little not super friendly but you don't deal with them as much.
