Great Doctor.. I have been a patient for over 20 years. He and his staff provide EXCELLENT service. Always kind and genuinely interested in your needs and thorough with any questions or concerns..Have never had a bad experience.

I really respect and like my heart doctor Dr Parikh I want to give full credit to Dr. Parikh himself: he's a fantastic physician whom I've respected even before becoming his patient. I have nothing but great things to say about the care he provides. That said, the real point of my original review was to draw attention to the serious issues with the office management side of things. The administrative communication needs a lot of improvement. For example, I experienced long hold times and confusion over a small payment that eventually went to collections, which was incredibly frustrating. In short, Dr. Parikh is amazing and deserves five stars for his care. I just hope the office management can step up their game so that the overall experience matches his quality of care.

Love Dr Parikh he's very compassionate, caring & professional. He answers your questions with information that's even understandable to a non medical person. He's very down to earth & I feel he has the best intentions for his patients. The office is very clean & staff are professional. It's in a large building, but their door is right off the shiloh side of the building. With a public bathroom further down the hallway.
