My first time today in this office and it was a bad experience from this one right here. I walked up and gave her my name and I didn't have my actual insurance card so I went to my insurance app and retrieve the card from there. My plan says I don't need a referral but this person gave me an attitude when I told her I didn't need a referral. Then she tells me without reading my card that I needed a referral. An apology would not change her attitude but it will admit her butt was wrong and should read next time. Reading is fundamental and beneficial. I live to far to just leave so I'm going to give it a try and see how the actual visit goes. My visit with Dr. Rao went well.
