Typical entitled Doctor, your appointment time means nothing. He came highly recommended bur after waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half I requested my co-pay and left. Unless you have all day to sit in the lobby don't bother going here. These doctors need to realize that they work for us and our time is just as important as theirs. Sad that we have to go to Houston to get quality care.
I'd give 100 stars if I could. Dr. Amin not only saved my mothers life, but 5 years later my husbands. He is so kind and and really helps take away some of the stress from these situations. I am so grateful that he was the surgeon and that my mom and husband are here today. And he remembered my mom even all those years later. Just a wonderful man and physician. Would absolutely reccomend him to anyone in need of a cardiologist.
Dr. Amin is great, but the time management in the office is horrible. Had an appointment for 2:30, didn't get brought to a room until 3:50 and was told I wouldn't be seen by the Dr. for another 40 min at minimum. This has happened to me three different times now and it's just unacceptable.
Dr. Amin is a very good doctor but his staff is horrible. They do not follow up with you after stating they will. You call and leave several messages and still don't get phone calls returned. The current male nurse is very unprofessional and does not seem to be very knowledgeable of his job. My blood pressure medication was changed without my knowledge and he didn't seem to know what was going on. I would not recommend this office!
He kept my husband alive for 10 years. My husband didn't want a heart transplant and Dr Amin and Dr. Keller kept him alive for 10 more years. He kept dancing and mowing the yard and fishing and gardening right up to the end. Thank you Dr. Amin.
