Texas Vein Health - Dr. Vijay S. Ramanath

Dr Ramanath performed an angiogram on me following a mild heart attack and trip to Texas Health Plano (Plano Presby). Dr. Ramanath is wonderful and I couldn't have been in better hands. My follow up visit with Dr. Ramanath Heart Place recently was excellent. Large waiting room, very few people were there and I was taken pretty much on time. I was told the Dr was running behind a bit due to an emergency and yet he came in within about 5 minutes following my vitals check with his medical assistant. The office is very efficient, everyone is very friendly and I couldn't be more pleased.

Very unacceptable to be on the phone for an hour waiting to speak to a person to reschedule an appointment. This is not the first time and it's very poor customer service

I saw Dr Ramanath as recommended/referred by my primary prior to surgery. The office staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating to schedule my appointment. Dr Ramanath was very pleasant and down to earth, did not keep me waiting, was concerned about my issues, answered my questions and assisted in getting my additional testing scheduled. I'm very happy that he is my cardiologist, since I need one, I'm glad it's him!! My follow up was today and my experience was no less than my feedback above. He is an excellent cardiologist.

Dr. Ramanath is a great doctor and explains procedures very well! I would recommend him to my family and friends.

This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Ramanath. The HeartPlace staff was friendly and helpful, getting me in a week earlier than scheduled when I called to see if there were any cancellations. Amber was delightful. Dr. R remembered personal (non-medical) information and the specifics of my last visit more than 6 months ago and, as then, was genuinely interested in what I had to say. He is very personable, never rushes, and answers all of my questions. What a great experience. I feel fortunate to be his patient.
