This particular review followed my very first visit at the facility. So far so good. The facility appeared relatively new and sanitized, as to be expected. The front office staff was friendly. The wait with repect to meeting my scheduled appointment times were within normal range, perhaps 15-20 minutes while in the lobby, and no more than 5 minutes after getting into the examination room and being prepped by the assistant to see Dr Shah. Dr. Shah's assistant was friendly and attentive while preparing me for the actual examination. Dr. Shah was highly professional, he listened carefully to my concerns, and appears to have taken a coscientious approach to further evaluating my conditions. All considered the visit went well.
