Great Staff, Dr Sharan is fantastic she's been my Cardiologist since January 2020.. I had Triple by pass during Covid Pandemic, and she checked on me every day at the hospital... The staff truly care about their Patients.. l highly recommend this location, Dr.Sharan and Preethy her PA...

My doctor referred me and they called me to schedule an appointment and said I could go to Plano or Frisco. I said whichever is sooner. They scheduled me here in Plano. I arrived 15 mins early but there was absolutely nowhere to park and took 30 minutes before I found a space. I head into the building and there are only 2 people at the info desk in the lobby and both are spending all day to help one person when there was a line. I waited another 10 mins and gave up and called to reschedule for the Frisco location. Now they said that doctor wasn't in Frisco and I would need another referral and staff was rude and unhelpful.

Take my advice. Do NOT do business here. Doctors offices seem to think we need them they don't need us type mentality. Poor communication through out. Won't return calls, voice mails or messages on their portal. I have ask for many call backs. Ask to speak with the office manager and have not received anything. This is after them asking me to call them back regarding a procedure I had scheduled. NUMEROUS calls and messages without answer. I was given meds to take before one of the two procedures. Wasn't made clear which. When I called to ask about that couldn't get a call either. Take your business and your health needs elsewhere!! Listen, if these people don't care to return calls or messages do not think they care about your health?? No they care about running you through their office as many times as possible for $$. Do NOT do business here!! Save yourself the frustration. I also want to mention while in their office for first test. A lady came in without a appt because she had called so many times trying to fix something they messed up She was unhappy that after all the calls she had to physically go there to speak in person. There's a reason this is a 3 star practice!! Whoever reads and answers these. Save yourself generic fake response Follow up with patients the first time. The MGR will follow this up with a generic caring response with a mind blown emoji. All these poor reviews and they are mind blown tells you ALL you need to know!!

I did not have any issues with the doctor, PA or the nurses. The billing department is another story. I called for an explanation of a charge. The lady who answered the call, since the beginning of the call had an attitude. Would not answer simple questions, instead kept repeating canned responses. I don't recommend this place.

Need to get in touch? Too bad. Automated phone system sucks. 45 minutes on hold to speak with someone, sure. Just hung up. Not waiting anymore. Fine someone else that is in network. So unprofessional on the calling/customer service side.
