I loved the provider I saw here and she was amazing, but unfortunately I've had the worse experience with a billing issue that started with the front desk who didn't enter the new insurance information I provided through the portal & in person. My bill has been incorrectly billed over 6 times.... Spoke with a lady in billing twice who right off the bat was very rude and aggressive toward me. She told me it would be resubmitted correctly & again it was billed incorrectly. I've had my insurance at the time call & speak with them multiple time to resubmit the bill correctly (providing ALL the information they needed and already have since there is a PHOTO of the insurance information in the portal that I sent them before my appointment & that they scanned into my chart). Asked to speak with the manager who continuously let me know that it's not her job to deal with billing and can't do anything about the mistake. So here I am again on the phone with the insurance having to call the office again to get this bill resubmitted CORRECTLY 5 months later.... I've called every month to get this corrected and so far nothing.... beware of billing issues with this office or you'll be stuck on the phone for a few hours getting it NOT resolved and talked in circles with no one taking accountability. I worked the front desk of a clinic for a few years through the company they are associated with. I never let this happen and when it did happen it was up the front to get that situated & help the patient get it sorted out.
