From the moment we arrived for my mom's heart exam, the experience was positive. The staff and nurse were exceptionally nice and truly made us feel welcomed. Dr. Reuter is not only an expert who immediately understood my mother's condition, but he's also a great communicator. He explained the diagnosis with such clarity and detail that it completely put my mom at ease. We were very comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend Dr. Reuter for compassionate and knowledgeable cardiac care.

I'm a new patient but they fit me in within a week! The staff were professional, kind and thorough. PA Margaret answered all of my concerns, as well as those I hadn't considered. Then Dr. Reuter went the extra mile with a cardiogram to ensure it was safe for me to undergo Orthopedic surgery. It was a smooth & painless process to get my surgery release & I'm so grateful. Now, I will be seeing them annually. Dr. Reuter is 100% my new guy!

The HeartPlace Plano at Alliance Dr was a wonderful experience for my mom and I. We were checked in right away (no wait) and Dr John Reuter was wonderful to see. The staff were attentive , kind and caring and processed us quickly but did not feel rushed either. Dr. Reuter was thorough, answered all our questions, and made us feel confident with next steps for mom. We came away feeling we can trust him with mom's cardiology care in his hands. We finally found a cardiology practice we like and are not treated like our time doesn't matter or just another patient in the pack. Highly recommend Dr Reuter and staff!

On a day when area is threatened with bad weather and many of his patients cancelled appointments, Dr. Reuter personally call me to check my status. I arrived 15 minutes early for appointment and Dr. Reuter personally escorted me to exam room and gave me his undivided attention during this appointment. Although short staffed, all those present were friendly and efficient. While we expect high caliber medical advice and treatment, the personal attention by Dr. Reuter and his staff, especially under challenging circumstances, is greatly appreciated.

I was having some chest pains and my doctor wanted me to see a specialist. He was able to get Dr. Reuter to work me in. Other doctors were asking me to wait a month for an appointment. Everyone in the office was kind and professional. Dr. Reuter made me feel at ease. He is knowledgeable and explained everything. I feel much better just knowing I have such a concerned physician working on my health concerns!
