I have been under the care of Dr. Tunnell for three years and continue to be impressed with the level of patient care I receive, and the timeliness of any admin/paperwork that accompanies my visit. His staff is responsive to my questions and any appointment requests. Kudos to his medical assistant, Kecey, on helping me with my labs and results documentation.

Every nurse starting from Ms. Raina , Ashley Diana, and two other nurses couldn't have been so attentive to my care,. They were wonderful. Dr. Turnell was so nice. Was nervous going in but was put at ease. The care of patients is on top of the list. Every thing was well explained and kept my son on the know. Thank you for your service. Great service.

The moment I walked into the office everyone was nice. They greeted me immediately and checked me in for my appointment. My wait wasn't long at all. I wish I could remember the nurse/staff member who took me back. She was very nice and kept me at ease. We had pleasant conversation in addition to questions about my visit. Dr. Stone took her time asking me questions and hearing me out. She made me feel comfortable to the point my bp went down by the end of our visit. I highly recommend this practice.

I was not happy arriving at 9am Wednesday appointment when my initial agreed appointment was supposed to be Thursday 11:30am. It was changed without any communication and it was too late to reschedule by the time I found out. As a result, I was not feeling too excited about my visit but it turned out to be wonderful. The receptionist and MA were friendly and professional and processed my paperwork and intake in a timely manner. The PA Amy was really nice and professional . She listened to my concerns and offered her opinion without rushing me and really taking her time. It makes a difference when you feel you are being heard.

Dr. Stone is not only an excellent cardiologist, but she also is a very caring and personable physician. She and her staff spend time listening to her patient's concerns. I am so thankful that my internist at DDA Baylor North in Plano referred Dr. Stone to me.
