My office visits to the Heartplace are usually with the nurse, vey rarely have I been seen by the Doctor that my insurance pays!!I have only been seen by Dr. Choudhry 2/3 times at the most for approximately no more than 5 minutes each time which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Additionally, calling the office on the telephone is an exercise in futility. Expect to be put on hold for extended periods of time as this office is yet another abuser of technology....they are more interested in replacing the number of needed HUMAN STAFF with Technology to cram more money in their pockets vs focusing on providing quality care and services for their patients!!THIS OFFICE AND HOW IT OPERATES IS THE QUINTESSENTIAL EXAMPLE OF WHY THE US HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS CONSISTENTLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE AND ABSOLUTE WORST HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IN THE DEVELOPED WORLD PER THE MIRROR/MIRROR REPORTS BY THE COMMONWEALTH FUND (Please Google for yourself)!!

As a patient who has been here almost a year... I've been calling voicemails emails everything I can think of for over a week and I can't get any response. No one will pick up the phone at the front desk. "1" does not go to voicemail. The nurses line doesn't answer their voicemails and apparently the portal doesn't mean anything. I can't get a response from anyone. And I've finally have my insurance company willing to cover my meds. But I can't get any help. Don't be just a number. Go to a Drs office that cares about people. Your Response is interesting since you have my phone #, email, and Pt portal access...still, no one has reached out. Its almost like your just checking off a box for a bad review and not caring about Pt care

5/5 Stars I am absolutely thrilled to have found Dr. Chaudhry as my cardiologist! From the moment I walked into his office, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Chaudhry is not only an exceptional doctor, but also an amazing listener. He takes the time to thoroughly understand my concerns, asks thoughtful questions, and provides clear and concise explanations of my condition and treatment options. What impresses me most about Dr. Chaudhry is his genuine care and compassion for his patients. He is kind, empathetic, and always makes me feel at ease, even during the most anxious moments. His bedside manner is outstanding, and I appreciate the way he involves me in the decision-making process, ensuring that I am comfortable and informed every step of the way. I am so grateful to have found a wonderful cardiologist like Dr. Chaudhry. He is a true asset to the medical community, and I feel lucky to be under his care. If you are looking for a cardiologist who is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also caring and compassionate, look no further than Dr. Chaudhry. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional cardiac care.

Out of 15 doctors who attended to me while in the hospital for surgery, Dr. Chaudry was the only one who addressed my feelings and the psychological aspects of my condition and surgery. He actually takes the time to talk with you as a person. Besides this he is a top notch and very thorough cardiologist and identified my condition which eventualy saved my life. Pretty awesome.
