Personal is so slow here it's a adult senior clinic and they take 4hr to get you to a room that's not good at all doctor assistant and front office are so extremely slow and they look careless. No complains about the Dr with patients but they need to have a good management about this in particular.
I know is a long time wait all the time. But on a good note, these doctors are very old school. They take their time with you. Like the old fashioned way. They also give you the better way to safe you money. Especially if you don't have insurance.
KEEP LOOKING!!! Do not waste your time with this medical office. The staff has ZERO compassion & lack professionalism. Office is dirty, where no attention to organization is obvious. Wait time is outrages with or without appt. Dr. Mercado, your staff is ruining your practice.
Excellent service.excellent staff they are quick and efficient. Dr does have special interest in your health needs. Yes place is busy he is a popular Dr. Dr Maximillano and Mercardo. Professional! Would highly recommend these doctors to everyone. Quality care!
Crowded, with staff openly discussing results and orders in front of patients. Dr Hernandez is a bit rude, but knows what he's doing. Staff always seems a bit rushed, and under pressure. Lack of seating is also an issue
