Dr. Garcia was born in Modesto, California and raised in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon in Mexico. She earned her medical degree at the Universidad Autonoma De Nuevo Leon and completed the McAllen Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
