As a Radiology Technologist, I have worked in healthcare in multiple sites for a period of almost 34 years. Let me say that this clinical site is wonderful and I am so glad I chose to trust this office/company. From the impeccable front desk and all throughout the office the staff is very professional! Initially, I was at a loss and did not know where to go in regards to elective cardiac screening and postponed this, and this was the perfect choice! There was great communication among the entire staff in regards to all aspects of my visits. Everyone worked hard to minimize any wait I may would have had in regards to both visits. The communication I experienced was more than thorough. Upon my second visit, I received stress and echo testing for screening. The technologists were very professional. I was apprehensive in regards to seeing Dr. Kaushal Patel, because there were so very few google reviews. However, the scheduler I worked with made me aware that he was basically new to the practice and gave me information in regards to his extensive background. Now, he has another great review! VERY SPECIAL THANKS to Dr. Patel for being so understanding and working with my schedule and agreeing to see me so quickly after my testing. This office assists each patient individually in regards to their schedules and additional testing and time/return visit constraints. I could overhear the front desk attempting to make everyone happy and successful in this regard. On my way out, I was able to cross paths with the office manager and I was happy to let her know how satisfied I was and obviously, what a great job that she does. In conclusion, this site was the perfect professional choice and I would like for all of the individuals involved in my care to be aware of my unending gratitude. 10 out of 5 STARS!!

I suffer from chronic venous insufficiency/reflux and have been having problems for years because of it. I went to vital heart & vein due to an abnormal ekg and to confirm my diagnosis of venous reflux. I am in pain daily and have swelling daily from this condition. I was given an ultrasound and it was confirmed I had venous insufficiency in both legs. I went back to the doctor to my follow up to discuss treatment options. I was told they would reach back out once it was approved through insurance. I finally got the call and was told my insurance didn't require me to pay a deductible and that it would be a $60 co pay for each procedure, which would include 3 separate procedures. I scheduled the procedure and was sent instructions for prep for the day of. Well a week passes by and I randomly get a call out of the blue all of the sudden saying my insurance won't cover it. I had already requested and taken off work for this procedure. When I spoke to them, me and my wife both asked a lot of questions and were reassured that the procedures would only cost $60. The only thing they were unsure about was if the follow ups would be covered within the $60 co pays since you have to go in the following Monday after the Friday procedure to make sure there's no blood clots. As soon as I got these appointments scheduled, I told my family I was finally getting my issue fixed and was so happy. This effects my daily life and I work a very labor intensive job so I really suffer daily from pain caused by this condition. I would NOT schedule anything with this practice unless you want to be lied to. They're now trying to say what they told me "wasn't a sure thing" even though I have a voicemail with proof that they told me it was covered and all that was required was a $60 co pay. Not sure why any competent staff member would tell and insist to a patient something was covered then come back and say oh hey just kidding. I hope they record calls so they can go back and listen to the lies they told me and my wife. I took off work for this and now am gonna lose out on money if they don't let me back on the schedule. Wish I could give 0 stars. Don't go here.

This place has incompetent billing/scheduling staff. My husband needed a procedure done and they called to schedule after supposedly checking with our insurance and said we would only owe our copay of $60 with no deductible owed. We have a voicemail with proof of this. After scheduling the procedures, they randomly called my husband a week later saying insurance isn't covering it which was very confusing since we had already been told otherwise. We had been reassured that it was $60 which we made a point to ask them if they were positive about. They said yes and the only thing that they were unsure about was if the follow up ultrasounds would be included in that copay or a separate $60 co pay would be owed. We were so reassured that my husband already took off work for the procedure dates. Now, my husband can't have the procedure done and has to continue to suffer daily. They should do the procedure for what they told us it was going to cost, instead they have made no effort to make amends whatsoever. Don't think it's right to lie to a patient especially when it's something that's life changing for them. Thanks vital heart and vein for lying, wasting our time and not doing the right thing and taking accountability for this.

My mom had an appointment today and the doctor was super patient with my mom and explained to her the procedure that needs to get done. Doctor was very caring about her needs. Very friendly atmosphere. I recommend this location.

My experience with Dr.Charlie Gnaim is always pleasant. All the staff here treat you nice and just make you feel welcomed as soon as you are greeted. Would recommend this place to anyone. Never a long waiting period. This is the place to be for good care.
