I want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Karner. I literally LOVE her. She was incredibly informative and took the time to educate me on everything I asked about. I truly appreciate her patience, kindness, and genuine care. Because of her, I'm changing my review. Her level of care is rare -- the kind that can truly change the world, not just a clinic. I highly recommend her and this location.

Very disappointing and upsetting experience with ultrasound tech Lisa Blankenship. I came in for a 24-week anatomy scan due to concerns from my 20-week ultrasound. I brought my 1-year-old son and my 20 year old sister to help, and from the moment we were called back, Lisa was rude and dismissive. She told me my son couldn't come in the room, even though other locations have allowed it, and only let us in after I insisted. She made several unnecessary comments and treated us like we were a problem from the start. Despite my son being completely quiet during the entire scan, Lisa was cold, rushed the exam, and made little to no effort to explain what she was scanning--something ultrasound techs normally do during such an important visit. An ultrasound which usually takes 45 minutes was done in about 20 minutes or less. At the end, she opened the door while I was still cleaning up with my pants down, (as I was standing right in front of the door!!) and told me to use the restroom in front if I needed to finish cleaning up. I was humiliated and shocked. To make it worse, I later saw that she wrote a false note on MyChart claiming my child was crying in the room which was disruptive towards the exam, which was absolutely untrue. Not once did my child cry in the room! It felt like retaliation for me advocating for myself and my child. No pregnant woman should be treated this way during such a vulnerable and important appointment. I left in tears and felt completely disrespected. I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with this tech--check the other reviews. This clinic needs to seriously reevaluate how patients are treated. DONT come here if you are getting an ultrasound done.

I had the worst ultrasound experience of my life at this clinic this week. Let me preface this by saying this is my 3rd high risk pregnancy, and I have had A LOT of ultrasounds in my life. To begin, the lady who did my ultrasound called me back then proceeded to go down a long hallway and disappear into a room without me. She did not have the courtesy to wait for me. I had my 8 year old daughter with me who was excited to see her baby brother for the first time. The tech did not acknowledge her presence whatsoever. The tech told me to lay down and she immediately got to work, SLAMMING down on the ultrasound machine to take photos. She did not speak to me during the ultrasound. She did not point out body parts, she did not communicate with me whatsoever. I know she's not a doctor and is not able to tell me much, but historically techs will say "and here's his little face" etc. Slightly disappointed because my daughter didn't get to see anything. I then had to do a TV ultrasound, so the lady tells me to get up and go change in the restroom. She did not provide me anything to wipe the lubrication on my stomach off, so I was trying to grab for anything I could so when I got up my shirt wouldn't be drenched by it. She rushed me out off the table saying "You need to get up now ma'am". She did not adjust the table for me at all. It was back flat into a bed position, very low to the ground. I am 8 months pregnant and had to fight FOR MY LIFE to get off that table and stand up. She did not offer any assistance, or to adjust it to a chair position so I could get up easier. I went into the bathroom to change, cried a little because of how rude and cold she was being, then went out and got back on the table for the next ultrasound. She begins the ultrasound, then tells me to move the babies head. Uhhh ok? Not really sure how to do that, but I gave it my best shot. I was unsuccessful, and she continuously scolded me for not being able to move his head. I know he is head down, but I have no clue really where exactly his head is, how to move it, or how to know if I'm successful at it. She was getting visibly irritated with me. I have never been asked to move my baby in an ultrasound. I can sense myself just shutting down at this point, because I'm about to burst into tears. She gets frustrated enough to call the doctor in, who was WONDERFUL. However, I will never return to this office. What was supposed to be a great experience with my daughter turned into a complete nightmare.

Starting my review with a 1. My appointment was at 6:30am, I arrived at 6, and was the first person here. It is now 7:11, and I am still currently waiting to be seen and 4 other people have already went before me. I do understand patience, and that there is an order to things, but there is NO WAY that I should wait this long to be put into a room. The ladies at the front desk are currently talking about the attitude and looks of a patient which is unprofessional. I know patients can be testy, but don't openly talk about them in front of other patients. Update: My doctor is late for work, so they switched me to someone else. My nurse, Elizabeth, is really nice and thorough! She definitely made my experience better! The second nurse was also awesome. These 2 ladies made me want to give the place another try!
