I arrived around 5:30 on Thursday November 13, 2025 in order to bring my 3 year old daughter in. Earlier that day she had been diagnosed with a concussion and we were told if she started vomiting that we needed to bring her in. Upon arrival we waited for about 45 minutes before we got pulled back. The doctor comes in and I explain that she had a diagnosed concussion and that we were instructed to bring her in for a cat scan if she started throwing up, which is what we did. Without doing any form of exam the "doctor" immediately told me that the stomach bug is going around and the nausea is something she picked up in daycare. At this point I pointed out that it's pretty presumptive to say she caught the bug at daycare since my daughter stays home with me and no one in the household is showing symptoms. I repointed out that she was diagnosed with a concussion and instead of stopping and checking on my daughter, started asking for the person who diagnosed the concussions credentials telling me that whoever they were must not know the signs of a concussion. At this point I was fed up. She still hadn't even glanced at my daughter and although I am not a medical professional (and I was not the one to diagnose her) I am concussion protocol certified and told her "Not only have you yet to even look at my daughter, I'm sorry but she hit her head this morning, went limp and became unconscious right after it happens for a 5-15 second and given that it was followed by amnesia and no other indication of nausea, on top of having a diagnosed concussion. I need to know if she has a brain bleed or if the nausea is just a low grade concussion." The doctor looked taken back and then rolled her eyes saying "I don't know if she qualifies for a CT Scan." She then GOOGLED right in front of me to see if my daughter was qualified (which she was). She then very reluctantly told me that she'd start the paperwork and that in the meantime my 3 year old could have some zofran to help with the nausea. We were then escorted back to the waiting area and told they would come get us. About 20 minutes later we were pulled back to the CT room to get the scan. The nurse asked if I could stay in there with her which I agreed to. She then told me to pick up my daughter and put her on the table before wrapping her in the protective stuff, telling her to sit still, and walked away. Not once did she talk to my daughter or me about expectations. Thankfully I knew and grabbed a protective vest. My daughter at this point was terrified and so I made up a story about going into a spaceship and together we decided that we were going to go to Saturn together since it has rings. Thankfully it distracted her enough that she sat stopped crying and sat relatively still. The nurse came back in said your done and then showed us back to the waiting room saying that they would come get us in 45 minutes to discuss results. This was at 645. We did not get pulled back until 8:11 and told that the provider was on the way. We then sat in the room for until 9. I asked the nurses once for juice for my daughter and an update about 20 minutes into it. I then went and got my baby from the waiting room and asked for another check up about 20 minutes after that. The nurses said that multiple nurses messaged the provider and they don't know what's going on. At around 9:30, still no doctor, the nurses came in, handed me discharge paperwork, said "everything you need to know is in there" and walked away. NO ONE discussed the results of the CT Scan of a 3 year old head trauma with me once. Thankfully I have a PAs phone number that could read the results because heaven knows no one at that hospital was going to tell me anything. After everything, I decided I wanted a copy of the actual scans so that I could forward them onto someone else for a second opinion when they DENIED me access to the medical records saying if it's not in the discharge paperwork it's not important and unnecessary to release.

Waited 12 hours and Dr Chukwuma was rude and arrogant. Did not discuss treatment and just stuck his fingers deep in my rectum while I was screaming in pain. Even though I told him I did release the impact already. I was left in an arctic cold room with no call button. Told I was being admitted but not why. Reluctantly Dr Chukwuma came in to tell me why without even looking at me while he scrolled thru his phone. I reported his behavior to the hospital board and they said "he treated me appropriately." I would not go back there for a million dollars

I called the first number for operations administrator. It says it's for questions about location of my loved one. So I called that number. She answered with her name only. So that threw me off. But I asked for the location my mom was sent to when she passed away at the hospital last week. She asked me how did I get this number. ?!? I was like ?? It's on the paperwork I received from the nurse when my mom died in the hospital. She put me on hold and then I guess she went to pull up my mom's info. Told me the name of the place and to google them then call them about my mom. Wthell kind of service is that to someone who just lost a loved one.

It used to be great! I sure wish it was like that now. The last two times that I went by ambulance they shoved me in a observation room. The bed was a stretcher, and not adjustable except from behind. I am on oxygen and I couldn't go behind the bed and adjust it. I had so much pain, and then to lay in a bed like that for a day and a half was more than I could take. The room was ice cold, there was no room to walk - even the nurse had to move the bed to get to the oxygen on the wall. The commode they brought in was a piece of junk - and when my son came the next day he sat squashed up against the bed with a chair that he couldn't move. The staff was great. But everything else about that time was a pure nightmare. Never again! I sure wish it would have been like the first two times, but not anymore. How can hospitals treat patients like that? This message they put below is a joke. There is nothing done.

I came into the Emergency Room on Friday evening with not a long wait at all. The staff was absolutely friendly, professional and caring. My ER nurse and Dr Mohamed were awesome. My doctor even drove from the other side of town to come see me because I was not feeling well. I don't know why this ER has such few stars but if you come in friendly, you get treated friendly. Was admitted and found out, all rooms are private. Definitely my 1st choice every time now.
