I just love Dr Garg & his staff

One star is even too much. Horrible service! The staff is so unprofessional & doesn't know how to communicate about anything. They will make you run around office to office wasting your time & gas. I was told my visit would be a quick in & out visit. I waited over an hour & a half just to pick up a monitor that I was supposed to wear for 5 days but the battery was dying already & I was told wouldn't even last the rest of the day possibly on a Friday. They wanted me to go to the other location Monday to waste more time & gas to get a new battery when they should have had it all checked before my appointment time. I Called them & couldn't get an answer to let them know about having an allergic reaction to the adhesives, sent a message through the portal never heard back from the Dr. I finally spoke with a receptionist when they opened Monday but couldn't give me any answers until Dr was in but didn't get a call back until half way through the day to go back to get a different one so I go to where I picked it up from & it was closed. Nobody informed me that the office was at the other location. So again wasted time & gas. The following Friday I spoke with someone & asked if I can go drop off the monitor at the moment at the second location since I was out running errands & was close by to it & the girl replied yes I could so then I went & nobody is answering the front desk there. I call back nobody answers, ring the door bell nobody answers, call again finally they answer & say the other office is on lunch when I don't understand why that wasn't said when I asked if I could head that way to drop it off at that time. Mind you I'm going for heart pain & here they are stressing me out with their unprofessionalism making it worse. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
