I was there to get an ok for my kidney transplant. He made me feel like I was not worthy of his time. He badgered me and I finally told him I didn't know what he wanted. As a Dr he may be excellent but as a person he needs to sit on his patients-side of the room !

He may be a great cardiologist that is a provider in the Cardiology CoE, but his practices ways of working are a disappointment - going thru an EKG and then an Echo and the only follow-up I get for my results is a 3 minute call with his desk clerk with a blah blah blah, but you have ____ which may be a concern. I tried to get another appt, made two attempts to get a call back or a follow up, called for my records and was told I had to pay for them, my primary care took several attempts to get the records. It only took from Oct 2020 to March 2021 to see my actual test results and I had to go thru another doctor to do it.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Butkevich. He spent a great deal a time with me, explaining my results, validating my concerns, and offering next steps. He was thorough and kind.

High turn over rate for receptionist. Very slow paced for cardiology. Micro management from doctor and manager. Phone barley rings, makes for a long day.

Very good cardiologists, I couldn't take my father to a better doctor. He knows exactly what he is doing.
