Check-in protocols need to be implemented that allow the patients personal information to remain confidential rather than broadcasting to the entire waiting room. Was so embarrassed by the staff's rudeness to someone that I had to post this. Dr. Shafiq is a good doctor but needs to improve the office protocols.

I am flying in to see Dr Shafiq in 5 weeks. !!
Been here 4 times have not seen the Dr. Just the P.A. Had an appointment today for 11:30 am they said come in early around 10:30 got here early like requested it's now 12:22 and still waiting to called back. So far not a good experience with Dr. Shafiq
