I had an appointment that I had to reschedule and the lady that does that was not very friendly so I ended up canceling and I'm going to go somewhere else because if she talks to customers like that there's no telling how the staff is. If I'm gonna pay that much money to see someone they Should be more friendly.

Been sitting here over an hour past my appointment time. I wasted vacation time to get this appointment done. They charge for a no show but don't care about your time.
Dr. Shafic treated my Grandmother.... triple bypass in her late 80's and she lived to be 100! What more is there to say?
