Dr. Atti was very rude and basically asked me to leave because my baby started to cry while he was in the exam room with me. She had been very quiet up until he walked into the room and was visibly uncomfortable with me breastfeeding her. I could sense his discomfort and asked him to give me a few minutes to finish feeding her. He sent in his assistant almost immediately after to see if I was ready. I wasn't, so she asked that I tell them when I was. Once she walked out, I cut my daughter's feeding short and rocked her for a minute or two until she fell asleep. Dr. Atti re-entered the room and seemed very annoyed. Shortly after, my daughter started to cry (she is only 3 months old), and Dr. Atti asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told him I would have to bring her with me the next time as well. He kept insisting that I reschedule and that I needed to care for my baby. His assistant came in and asked if I wanted her to take my baby. At this point, I felt very uncomfortable, which I expressed, and then Dr. Atti started to walk out of the room, saying I had to reschedule. I stated I would be finding another doctor. I was walked up to the front desk where I asked for a refund. I do not feel it is right to charge me $75 for an incomplete appointment. I'm currently waiting on billing to get back to me, and I will update my review when they do. I will say the ladies at the front desk as well as the assistant were very kind and apologetic. Editing to add: After a few weeks of waiting I received my refund.

I came in to see Dr. Tejas Patel regarding the following: some heart palpitations, an increase in HR by more than 30+ beats with transitional movements, SOB. I go in and tell him what's been going on. They do an EKG, everything shows normal. I proceed to tell him about my symptoms and he has me go from sitting to standing and like I told him: shows going from 75-80 beats per minute to 120+. He tells me he thinks I have POTS. (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). Okay cool. I try to ask him for more information and all he tells me is "change my lifestyle". Doesn't point me to any resources on POTS, doesn't give me any further information...just change my lifestyle. Hmmm okay. He goes I want to schedule further testing including wearing a Holter Monitor for a week, stress test, and an echocardiogram. I go okay, let's schedule that. The office can't get that scheduled for another month. Okay, normally I'm okay with waiting for appointments but SOB and palpitations isn't the greatest thing to try and just deal with, especially with such limited information. But it is what it is. Let's schedule it out a month from now. The day before my appointment, the business office calls telling me that my appointment is going to cost $1700 with insurance and I need to pay that cost up front. Like what?! I go, I can't really just dish out 1700 for an appointment just like that. She proceeds to say are you sure? We like to have this paid in full...I go sorry not an option, let me call you back because I've never really had to pay for an appointment like that upfront. An hour or two goes by, and lo and behold guess who is calling me back? The business office. ( Again attempting to collect payment), I say I already said I can't pay that much upfront and she's goes, well what about $800, that 50% of the cost. I'm like that's still a pretty good chunk, let me think about it. I hang up. And guess WHO CALLS AGAIN? This time I don't answer, I already recognize the number and I haven't decided what I want to do yet. A little more time passes, (this is all THE SAME DAY by the way), guess who calls for a FOURTH time. Yep, you guessed it: the business office. I answer it and she goes well what if we did a half of a half, $400. I go, do I really need to pay this much? Is this really a requirement. And she goes (after pausing and hesitating a minute) well WHAT CAN YOU PAY? Can you pay half of the half of the half? I go fine, sure I'll pay $250 for this appointment. Finally no more calls from them... So day of my appointment, I get there and guess what? Only the Holter Monitor and Echocardiogram have been ordered. No stress test on the agenda. So $1700 is solely for TWO things. At this point, I'm flustered with this entire process. I've waited a month to get this appointment, had to take time off work and not all the tests were ordered. I say, is there any way to just go ahead and do the stress test today anyway. Nope. No way to fit it in the schedule. So, out of just pure exacerbation of this whole situation: I just have them cancel everything. I first go to the doctor and get a very vague diagnosis with no information or no guidance on where to obtain any information. Had to wait a month to get scheduled in. Wait the entire month and not all the tests were ordered. What kind of service is this? I was extremely disappointed with the entire process, the MD, everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

★★★★★

The staff at the Cardiac imaging center are amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, caring people. They kept me well-informed about my testing and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire process. Thank you so much!

As an existing Cardiac patient, my insurance company referred me to this facility. First call to make an appointment Kerisa transferred me to a blank voicemail. I hung up and called back have been on hold now for 7 minutes. Obviously this facility is not a professional Cardiac Care facility or they would have someone who can actually answer the phone..
