About Dr. Mihaela A. Kruger, MD
Born and raised in Romania, Interventional Cardiologist Mihaela Andreea Kruger, MD, has been caring for patients in the DFW area since 2014. Dr Kruger earned her medical degree from the Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Romania. She then completed her Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship, and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA. Dr Kruger is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine in Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiovascular Disease. She is also certified by the Board of Nuclear Cardiology, the National Board of Echocardiography and is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation.

One of my top 3 new patient/ doctor experiences thus far! I cannot put to words how appreciative I am that Dr Kruger conveyed a genuine interest and curiosity in my health details (which are a LOT and can be overwhelmingly obscure in their connection to a diagnostic theme). Many if not most doctors I've interacted with in recent years have been dismissive, distracted, and/or unmotivated to answer the call for action. Dr Kruger answered the call with energetic spunk, and I'm here for it! I walked in to her eval room without expectation of anything more than another tedious but speedy review of my seemingly disparate and evolving set of symptoms (followed by an expedited release). Instead I had the pleasure of watching Dr Kruger's mind at work, exercising critical thinking skills and making connections between my symptoms and cardiology that I hadn't considered existed. It was a good exchange. I walked out of that room with HOPE, which is powerful medicine. I highly recommend Dr Kruger based off this first impression.
