Don't count on actually having your appointment because they have staff that no-shows and then they don't bother to call you until five minutes before your appointment. They are rude and their give a damn is completely busted. On my previous appointment, I watched them do this exact same thing to another patient. I saw that patient come into the waiting room, only to be told that he would not have his appointment because the person that needed to do his appointment had not shown up for work. That should've been my clue right there. I should add that their NP, Johnathan Mariano was absolutely terrific when I saw him on my first visit and so I will be sorry to not be going back to him and I have since found another provider.

I've had a great experience with this office, BUT their receptionist (Angelica) is one of the rudest tools I've ever dealt with. This is a major turn off compared to all the amazing staff I've had the opportunity to deal with. Someone answering the phones, handing out paperwork, really should take some basic online courses in customer service and or get into a different line of work. How someone anywhere near her (co worker, manager) can't hear how she is talking to customers blows my mind. Hopefully someone will straighten her out before she runs off any more customers who are seeking services from this specialty office. This isn't the only cardiac care facility in D/FW.

You simply won't find a more clinically competent, caring, or compassionate cardiologist - anywhere. Dr. Lal is the best! His staff members are top-notch and extremely professional, and the office is also convenient and easy to access, especially for those with mobility issues. If you are searching for a cardiologist, either for yourself or a family member, look no further. You'll be in great hands with Dr. Lal and his team at HeartCare of Texas!

My husband and I get our appointments together, as we requested. Lovely office and reception staff, minimal wait time, the tech was very efficient and pleasantly did her duties. As always Dr Lal was a great listener and informed us what and where our treatment goes from here. Excellent overall!

Dr. Gale and the office staff are wonderful! They are helpful, welcoming and make my mother and mother-in-law feel so comfortable. They go above and beyond to accomplish that. Dr.Gale is very attentive during the appointment. He explains everything in an easy to comprehend way and takes time to answer all questions. We never feel rushed when he is in there with us.
