The office is so well run. Teresa, the PA is professional and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and I feel she truly cares about me.

The waiting time was very short. The Dr.'s assistant was very knowledgeable of my condition. She listened to my concerns and changed my meds.

I have only seen the PA Theresa but she has been a blessing! She listens intently and ask questions. She has called to follow up after my appointment.

I'm writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding an appointment I originally scheduled for June 20, 2025, after receiving a letter from DHAT introducing Dr. Vinay Antin, D.O. I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Antin, as I've never been seen by him and would be considered a new patient. My previous provider, Dr. Bass, had retired, and I was hoping to continue my care with Dr. Antin. A week before the appointment, I received a confirmation text--but it was for a visit with a P.A., not Dr. Antin. I called to clarify and was told he wouldn't be at the Keller location. I was informed by Megan that she would follow up with me after checking his schedule, but I never received a call back. After waiting nearly two 1/2 weeks, I called again to reschedule and explained the situation. The receptionist eventually scheduled me to see Dr. Antin at the North Richland Hills location for September 19, 2025. However, on August 27, I received another call from the same receptionist stating I could not be seen by Dr. Antin because he was only seeing "new" patients and would not see me. I reminded her that I am a new patient to Dr. Antin, having never met or been treated by him. She seemed confused and asked again if I had seen him, to which I replied, "No." She put me on hold and then came back to tell me that she would need to get back with me once she spoke with someone else. At that point, I expressed to her that if Dr. Antin is unwilling to see me, I would reach out to my primary care physician for a referral to another Digestive Health provider. This situation has been ongoing since June, and I still haven't been seen. I deeply miss Dr. Bass--he was an exceptional provider--and I've never experienced this level of confusion or lack of follow-through from any other office. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive any follow-up from the August 27 phone call, and today is September 8. I'm sharing this not only to express my disappointment, but in hopes that it may help improve communication and patient care moving forward. If there is any resolution or alternative provider you can recommend, I would appreciate it. I call today to speak with a manager and Megan told me she was unable to transfer me so she would have her contact me... I am interested to see how long this will take. I hope this is not how you treat other new potential patients. Adriane Rountree

I love Dr. Antin. I think he is a very knowledgeable & thorough provider. I will be seeing him soon @ my next colonoscopy I've been treated by Youngmi who also is a great provider. She truly cares about the patients. Yisel is outstanding & compassionate. She brings my enzyme meds to a closer location so I don't have to drive to NRH as I'm visually impaired. I highly recommend this practice.
