This team was outstanding!! Knew from the moment I met Sandra, RJ, Jeremy and Denise they were going to take great care of me. They were professional and personable and guided me thru my journey to better health. My wife and I are go glad this was the team we chose to help strengthen my Cardiovascular Health. Thank you!!

The staff working at Healthlink Cardiac Rehab located in New Braunfels were absolutely top notch! The two nurses who primarily handled my care during my rehab (Jeremy and Brandon) were vigilant in monitoring my blood pressure and heart rate throughout each session. They also ensured that the exercises I was doing on the various machines were being done correctly and safely. Jeremy and Brandon also kept things a little upbeat and fun by playing music and cracking jokes (although some were a bit corny) from time to time, which made the rehab session much more enjoyable. I'd also like to recognize Sandy who works as the clinic receptionist. Sandy is very friendly and always greets everyone with a warm smile. She was also very helpful in helping me whenever I needed to change my appointments when I had a conflict in my schedule. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing cardiac rehab. I feel that I received excellent care during the time I was there and am now able to continue with my own personal exercise plan. Best Regards, Mike Moneer

The entire team; Jeremy, RJ, Denise and Sandy were truly professional and caring. Each visit was a great and positive experience. I looked forward to each morning with them. I'm planning on taking the experience and moving it forward on my own. I highly recommend the Cardio Physical Training to anyone in need. This team cares!

Getting hooked up with Baptist HealthLink Cardiac Rehab was the best thing that happened to me following my heart attack. Even my husband looked forward to driving me from Schertz to my sessions because Sandy put him at ease talking about baseball. He immediately felt I was in good hands at your location. I also felt this way because Sandy was efficient, yet personable. When I had a bad day and couldn't make it in, Sandy immediately told me what to do to feel better and rescheduled my session. We always looked forward to seeing her when we walked in through the door. I really appreciated RJ's throughly explaining the ins and outs of cardiac rehab 0during my intake session. I didn't feel another attack coming on because I understood what was expected of me and the rehab team. What a relief! I knew I could do that. Jeremy could explain every machine in the workout area, and he kept a watchful eye on folks so that no one fell out or experienced unnecessary pain. He always had a twinkle in his eye when he'd warn about overdoing. Again, what a relief! I knew I could get the exercises done with modifications as needed because Jeremy would see to that. Denise had a gentle way of making sure I got my workout done. She'd smile and chat a bit--all while setting up the minutes, speeds, etc. that were mine to do on any given machine. I appreciated the encouragement and support, especially during the last few sessions. If anyone asks me where to go to cardiac rehab, I would recommend making the drive up to New Braunfels to your first-class program. Thank you so much for helping me get well on my way to total recovery!

Dr. Ashley walked out of the room three times during my initial intake, so it was hard to be or feel heard about a serious medical condition. Ashley does not cause people to feel heard nor understood about physical therapy. This is fairly serious malpractice. Do not go here. To the Baptist Health Link: if you do not believe she walked out of my initial evaluation room three times, check the cameras. How am I supposed to have the evaluation when the doctor is not even in the same room as me?
