They were great! They took care of me in a timely manner. I napped during the waiting time. Adrian was my housekeeper she was great as well. Kept me company while I waited as she was cleaning my area. Overall great! The doctor was great this time! Had an experience before that was not so great but this last time was awesome! Hope to get the same crew if I ever have to go again. Thank y'all!

Every time I have taken my son to this facility they have all been nothing short of amazing, from the registration to check out process. My son broke out in a concerning viral rash with fever and the physician (Dr. Chen) I believe looked him over quickly and answered all of my questions and sent us home within 30 minutes. It was wonderful to not have to wait an extended period with a fussy baby!

The radiology staff at the hospital are wonderful, especially Desiree. The stand alone imaging center across the street needs a new front desk person however. Also, please stop outsourcing the billing side of things to other countries. When they call I cannot begin to understand them nor would I trust giving them any private information as that is how so many get scammed!

Today 09/20/2025 I went to NMC ER. I was there for 2 hours before walking out. During the time I was there I was only triaged and then seen by one nurse whose nurse in training walked with her and was only given a blanket. The dr on staff walked past me numerous times to other patients. I was there for something smaller than your average emergency but still no reason to be disregarded as a patient. I explained in triage I would have went to urgent care but they wouldn't take my insurance so I had no choice but to go to the Er. When I asked a nurse who came to speak to me once a family member called them to check on me was told " he will get here when he gets here" rudely btw. Some of these people have ZERO bedside manner. Have no business taking care of patients if you're going to be ugly to people for no reason. Also in February had an awful experience with my first L&D nurse who assisted in my C-section. I was jerked on multiple times as she sighed because I didn't just " know what to do" as if I could read her mind, when getting my spinal done. First C-section by the way. She then jerked my just born baby, who had been born 10 minutes at this point because she needed my blood pressure reading and my arm was bent. Which I was doing to move my newborn daughter out of amniotic fluid she had spit out so she could breathe. This hospital has become a joke! Very few good ones left. McKenna, the Neonatal nurse was awesome during our stay after my daughter was born though and a few others but I don't remember their names.

Head ER nurse Mandi prohibited me from comforting or even seeing my 4 year old grandson as he was getting sutures on his finger, the most traumatic experience of his young life. His parents were out of town and unable to be there for him. I have no words to explain to my 4 year old grandson why I couldn't be there for him. Callum was kept there for 3.5 hours before he was released and I was finally able to see him. Mandy was rude, aloof and condescending. I highly recommend AVOIDING Nacogdoches Medical Center Emergency Room!
