The office "help" is completely useless. Phone is not answered, messages are not returned. Tried to get new cpap supplies, supplier had the same problem (phone calls not returned). Went back with old provider because I needed supplies

They are very busy at times but all in all Dr Binusha has been wonderfull in helping me with my sleep apnea. I see her through the VA and they do a good job of handling the business with them.

Dr Binusha and Hashim are only concerned with one thing, MONEY, cram as many patients in a time slot as you can, even if people have to wait for hrs standing up. I had sleep study scheduled, when I arrived they said I wasn't approved, even though I have a letter from my insurance saying they DID approve it. They didn't have to common courtesy to call me and let me know anything. They sure can send plenty of bills in the mail, no communication issues there. The building is old and in bad need of repair, you feel like you might fall through floor. Parking was a nightmare until they built the parking in the back next to the church. My wife is treated by Dr Hashim, from a stroke, he is rarely available in an emergency, they go to Houston often. Ask most anyone in Nacogdoches and they will tell you how bad this place is.

Dr. Binusha was called into consult with my Cardiologist, Dr. Pokala, 2 years ago. She has always giving great direction of what the treatment plan is and what is expected for that treatment. Dr. Binusha will explain why this treatment should work and why she chose this treatment. She doesn't take chances and she doesn't rush a treatment that isn't necessary at the time. She has a plan A and a plan B in her mind. Dr. Binusha consults with her partner and husband, Dr. Hashim so your getting 2 great mind for one. I see these comments about the office staff. I have never had any problems with anyone They are on top of everything and the staff, doctors work seamlessly together. Maybe the bad apples were replaced. When I've had to call they take a message and get right back with an answer or get Dr. Binusha on the spot. Busy office 10-15 minute wait and I know any wait is because she is answering another patients questions. She has a designated phone line if you feel you didn't get the service or help needed. I cannot ever imagin needing to use. 100% satisfied and more!

This doctors office is horrible!! Dr Binusha her self is a very pleasant doctor but the office Where to begin. The office is ALWAYS overbooked, there for there is never a place to sit. The staff isnt outrite rude but they have no bedside manner. No one greets you, ur left to your own devices. The nursing staff seems irritated with thier working invironment as well so thier rudeness rubs off on patients. Often times you are placed in the hall to sit. They sometimes check your vitals in the hall and discuss things in front of everyone in the hall. Is there not something with Hippa? The rooms ARE NOT CLEANED OR DISINFECTED between patients. I myself have pointed out that other patients have urinated on themselves and in chairs yet noone cleans it up before someone else sits in the chair. As for our appointment times, we are most usually an hour and a half behind with no apologizes yet if you miss and appointment, you are RUDELY asked what your reason for missing the appointment with. When you walk down the hall you can feel that there are holes in the boards under the flooring. I cant understand why all of this is considered acceptable by the Doctors that work here!!! We will be most definately looking for another sleep doctor even if I have to drive far away. THIS IS UNACCEBTABLE PRACTICES!!!!
